A RayNeo companion-app review complains about using two glasses and multiple phones with an account. The review does not establish the glasses model, complete software versions or a current manufacturer policy. It should not become a categorical statement that every V3 or every RayNeo product has the same limit.

Nevertheless, the underlying buying question is valuable. A wearer may want one prescription pair and one sunglasses pair, or a household may share a phone. Whether that arrangement works cannot be inferred from a page saying an app supports several products.

Describe the intended arrangement precisely

Ask the manufacturer how many devices may be bound to one account, how many can connect simultaneously and whether switching requires unpairing. Those are three different questions. A device appearing in an account history is not proof that two devices can remain active together.

Also ask where recordings belong and what changes when another phone signs in. Keep account ownership, Bluetooth pairing and cloud storage separate. Do not test sharing by giving another person your password or exposing private recordings to a communal account.

Request a model-specific answer

Provide the exact glasses models and regional app. The publisher's listing contains multiple product references and release history, so a generic app name is insufficient. Ask for the supported switching procedure and whether it preserves local media.

If the answer is unavailable, mark multi-device support Unknown. Do not create extra accounts or buy a second phone merely because an unidentified reviewer says that was necessary for them. Conversely, a promotional claim about connectivity is not a guarantee that the specific two-pair arrangement works.

Verify before the second purchase

Where a retailer can demonstrate the arrangement, use harmless sample files and keep the exact conditions recorded. Check whether returning to the first pair restores access normally. Avoid destructive resets just to complete a store trial, and preserve the original user's media and account identity.

This is an ecosystem requirement, not a comparison of camera megapixels. Add it to the accessory and prescription budget alongside the Lensden model checklist. The referenced review is anecdotal and its displayed date does not establish a verified firmware timeline. Source checked November 3, 2026.
